Are your products safe?

All products in our store are made from high-quality materials, are safe for health, and comply with international standards.

Can intimate products be used with lubricants?

Yes, but it is important to choose the right lubricant. Only water-based lubricants are suitable for silicone toys. You can find compatibility information in the product description.

How to care for intimate toys?

Use special cleaning agents or mild soap and warm water for maintenance. Dry thoroughly before storing. Store separately from other toys, preferably in a bag or pouch.

Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with it?

Our goal is to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date you received your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original sealed packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

In accordance with European Union and Czech consumer protection regulations, certain products are not eligible for return once opened. Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, intimate and sexual wellness products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal has been broken.

Returns may be accepted in the following cases:

• the return request is submitted within 15 days after delivery

• the product has a manufacturing defect

• the product is covered by warranty

• the product was damaged during transportation

If the product arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. This helps us investigate the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

If an order contains an incorrect or missing item, customers should contact customer support as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved promptly.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team and provide the order number along with a brief description of the reason for the return. Additional information or photos may be requested when necessary.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified about the approval of their refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs are covered by our store for approved returns.

Delivery and packaging: how quickly will I receive my order?

Delivery time depends on the selected method. It usually takes 3-5 business days. The packaging is neutral, with no indication of the contents.
