These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of rattishop.com (the “Site”) and purchases made through RattiShop. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Important: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights you have under applicable Czech and EU consumer protection laws.

2) Eligibility and Age Restriction (18+)
Our Services and products are intended only for persons 18 years of age or older (“adult-only accessories”). By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18.
We use an age verification prompt. If you are under 18, you must not use the Services. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.
3) Accounts
Customer accounts are not required to place an order. If any account features are offered in the future, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4) Products, Content, and Availability
- Product images are illustrative; appearance may vary due to device settings or minor supplier/manufacturing changes.
- Product descriptions, packaging, and included accessories may change over time.
- Availability may change at any time; we may limit quantities per order or per customer.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product or modify product information without notice.
5) Pricing, Currency, and Taxes
Prices on the Site are displayed in CZK. However, payments may be processed in EUR by Mollie and/or your bank/payment method provider. Your bank may apply currency conversion and fees. We are not responsible for exchange rates or fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Prices and promotions may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund amounts paid, or contact you with options.
6) Payments (Mollie)
Payments are processed via Mollie. By placing an order, you authorize Mollie and your selected payment method provider to process the payment. We typically receive confirmation of payment status and transaction details, but we do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Mollie may perform fraud prevention and security checks. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel or pause the order.
7) Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order for legitimate reasons, including stock/availability issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions.
The purchase contract is formed when we confirm shipment/dispatch of your order (or otherwise explicitly confirm acceptance).
Orders are intended for personal use only and not for commercial resale.
8) Shipping and Delivery
We sell and ship to customers in the Czech Republic. Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 days, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
8.1 Dropshipping fulfillment
We operate using a dropshipping model. Your order may be fulfilled and shipped by a third-party supplier and delivered by a carrier chosen by the supplier or logistics partner.
8.2 Risk of loss / damage
Under applicable consumer law, the risk of loss or damage generally passes to you when you (or a person you designate) take physical possession of the goods. If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us promptly with photos of the parcel and contents.
9) Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
We pay return shipping costs where stated in our Returns & Refund Policy. Return instructions may depend on the product and supplier (dropshipping). Contact us at rattisshop@gmail.com to request return instructions.
10) Defective Goods and Complaints
If you receive defective goods or your order is incorrect, contact us at rattisshop@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a description (and photos, if possible).
We will handle complaints and remedies in line with applicable Czech and EU consumer law.
11) Prohibited Uses
- Do not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
- Do not bypass security or age restrictions.
- Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission.
- Do not upload malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Do not infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
12) Intellectual Property
The Services and their content (including text, graphics, logos, images, and design) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
13) Disclaimers
We provide the Services and products “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption). Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
15) Privacy and Cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. We use Shopify Customer Privacy / GDPR tools and apply consent controls for non-essential cookies where required.
16) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
17) Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
